1.1 Identification: This document defines the conditions under which the services of the Riwil software ("the Service") are made available to end customers through our partners. Riwil is a legal entity whose full details are available on request at marion@riwil.co.
1.2 Partners: Riwil's partners include, but are not limited to, restaurants, entertainment venues, cinemas, and bakeries.
1.3 Definitions:
The Participant can access the Game by scanning a QR Code provided by a Riwil Partner. The Participant may be invited to leave a review or follow the Partner's social media accounts. These actions are optional and do not influence the chances of winning. Participation is validated electronically via the Service.
The prizes are provided by the Partner organizing the Game, who may choose to include offers from local or national third parties. The Partner is solely responsible for selecting prizes, setting up the game, the chances of winning, the prize collection deadline, and delivery.
Winners are determined by the Game system managed by the Partner. They receive a gift coupon by email. Winning odds are defined by the Partner and must be clearly stated to Participants upon request.
Any attempt to alter or influence the functioning of the Game is strictly forbidden. Participants may play only once per day per establishment, unless stated otherwise. Riwil reserves the right to verify the authenticity of participation and take legal action in case of fraud.
The email coupon must be presented to the Partner to claim the prize. The Partner is responsible for managing coupons and must inform Riwil when a coupon is used through their back office.
Riwil owns all intellectual property rights related to its platform. Any unauthorized use of the Service, including reproduction, modification, distribution, is strictly prohibited.
8.1 Data controller
Personal data collected as part of the Game is processed by the Partner organizing the Game, acting as data controller. Lucky Boys SAS (Riwil) acts as a technical subprocessor.
8.2 Data collected
The data that may be collected includes:
— email address
— phone number (optional)
8.3 Purposes of processing
Data is collected for:
— managing Game participation
— awarding prizes
— sending the prize notification
8.4 Legal basis
— Performance of the Game (contractual)
— Consent for any commercial solicitation
8.5 Consent
The Participant is informed that:
— participation in the Game is not conditional on accepting commercial communications
— any use of data for marketing purposes requires explicit consent (checkbox)
8.6 Data recipients
Data is accessible only to:
— the organizing Partner
— Riwil (technical service provider)
8.7 Data retention
Data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of collection.
8.8 User rights
In accordance with the GDPR, the Participant has the following rights:
— right of access
— right to rectification
— right to erasure
— right to restriction
— right to object
— right to data portability

The Participant may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (CNIL in France).
This regulation is governed by French law and in the event of a dispute by the Commercial Court of Bordeaux. Any dispute concerning its interpretation or application will be submitted to marion@riwil.co and, if unresolved, to the competent courts within 15 days of participation.
