1. Who we are
Riwil is operated by LUCKY BOYS SAS, 165 Route de Villereal, 24560 Sainte-Radegonde, France. This policy applies to businesses located in the United States that use Riwil (“Customers”), to the people who play their games (“Participants”) and to visitors of our website from the United States. 2. Information we collect
Customers: name, email address, business name and Google Business Profile, login data, billing
information handled by our payment provider Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and data related to the features
you use.
Participants: email address, phone number if provided, and game data (prize won, date, optional rating and comment). We collect
it on behalf of the business that runs the game, acting as its service provider.
Website visitors: technical and browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see
section 5).
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, deliver prizes to Participants on behalf of Customers, process payments, provide support, send service and marketing emails to Customers (you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each marketing email), improve the Service and measure our advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Riwil, under contracts limiting their use of it: Heroku (Salesforce) for hosting, Stripe for payments, Cloudinary for media storage, Brevo for emails, Mistral AI for AI features, Google for Google APIs, Sentry and Scout APM for technical monitoring, and Hotjar, Meta and TikTok for audience and advertising measurement on our website. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses Hotjar, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure audience and the performance of our ads. Under some state laws, this may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by blocking these cookies in your browser, using your browser's tracking protection or the ad settings of these platforms, or by emailing us. Participants' game pages are not used for advertising measurement of Participants by Riwil.
6. Data retention
Customer account data is kept for the duration of the account and then archived as required by law; invoices for 10 years; Participant data for up to 2 years from collection; technical logs for up to 12 months.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email marion@riwil.co; we will verify your request and answer within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Participants can also contact the business that ran the game, which controls their data.
9. International processing
Riwil is based in France. Your information may be processed in the European Union and in the United States by our service providers.
10. Children
Riwil is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Participants must meet the eligibility requirements of the game's Official Rules.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be notified to Customers.
