1. Sponsor
The game is sponsored by the business displaying the game (the “Sponsor”), which is solely responsible for the game and its prizes. Riwil (LUCKY BOYS SAS) only provides the technology and is not a sponsor of the game.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher). Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to enter
Scan the QR code displayed at the Sponsor's location and follow the on-screen instructions to spin the wheel. You may be invited to leave a review or to follow the Sponsor on social media: these steps are optional, you can play without completing them, and they have no effect on your chances of winning or on the prize you receive.
4. Entry limit
Limit one play per person per Sponsor location, unless the Sponsor states otherwise at its location. Plays generated by automated means or by tampering with the game are void.
5. Prizes and odds
The prizes are those displayed on the wheel. They are provided by the Sponsor, which sets their value, the odds of winning each prize and the period during which a prize can be claimed. The odds of winning are available from the Sponsor upon request. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Sponsor allows it.
6. Winner determination
Each play is an instant-win play: the result is drawn at random by the game's server at the time you spin.
7. Claiming a prize
Winners receive their prize by email, with a link to show to the Sponsor's staff. The prize must be claimed at the Sponsor's location within the period set by the Sponsor.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes they receive.
9. General conditions
The Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the game if fraud, technical failure or any other cause impairs its proper conduct. By playing, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and Riwil are not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed emails, or any injury or damage arising from participation or from the use of a prize.
11. Privacy
The contact details you provide (email address, and phone number if you give one) are used to deliver your prize and are controlled by the Sponsor. Riwil processes them on the Sponsor's behalf as described in the Riwil US Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state where the Sponsor's location is situated.
